Electrical Safety should stay away from electric equiment that is  broked as you can get electric shock and do not drink   near to computer

Lighting-not it darkness and fix a faulty light and replace

when heating a area you should be able to regulate the temperature to make  it both hot and cold

Ventilation should not be crowded and space around people in the room

What confidential information is kept on computer?

Phone numbers, email, address, bank information

What are the risks of accessing 

illegal or unauthorised information?

Go to  jail, be fined , blocked from the internet 

How is this information protected?

Long password using letters and numbers and put virus to protect information and put up a firewall

Screen Display Act

Too much radiation from the computer screen can damage your eyes
